We don't want to change what you're doing...We want to improve your established processes.
Annie Torres, Founder/Co-Owner
I am passionate about turning ideas into impactful actions to create brighter futures for communities and youth.
Meet Annie Torres
Annie Torres brings over 20 years of experience in sourcing, logistics, marketing, and community engagement. With a strong background in military marketing and supply operations—bolstered by a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification—Annie is known for turning big ideas into high-impact campaigns delivered on time and on budget.
With more than a decade of service in the Idaho Army National Guard Recruiting Battalion, Annie has cultivated a trusted network of compliant, mission-ready vendors. She specializes in helping recruiters connect with communities through face-to-face outreach, custom events and campaigns, and innovative school partnerships.
During her seven-year tenure as the Marketing NCO for Idaho, Annie led four nationally recognized lead generation events, 25 successful state-level initiatives, and 171 targeted social media campaigns that, combined, generated over 34,000 leads. Her work resulted in 684 recruiter appointments and contributed to 283 enlistments. Annie’s proven ability to bridge strategy and execution continues to support mission success at both the local and national level.
Prior to serving as a Marketing NCO, she spent approximately five years as the Recruiting Battalion Logistics Manager (RRB S-4) and over a decade in various logistics roles at the brigade level, supporting both medical and maintenance units. Her time with a maintenance company sparked a lasting passion for skilled trades and technical career pathways. This passion ultimately led to the development and successful launch of Operation Rebuild, a state-level program introduced in two Idaho schools to promote hands-on career opportunities for students.
Annie’s military career in the Idaho Army National Guard includes two overseas deployments to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (2005–2006) and Operation New Dawn (2010–2011), as well as two State Partnership Program missions to Cambodia. Throughout her service, she has maintained a consistent focus on streamlining processes and identifying efficiencies to save time and improve operational effectiveness.
On a personal note – Annie lives in Idaho with her husband Matt (also a veteran), and their two daughters, Bailey and Jakobi. Their home is full of energy, including four dogs, a street stock race car, and tons of go-fast projects. Annie’s free time is filled with belly dancing, paddleboarding, motorcycles, tattoos, and anything that’s not boring.

SFC Dimitri Fenrick
I’ve had the privilege of working with Annie in the marketing world for about 5 years now. A lot of the things she pioneered in Idaho I mirrored in Oregon; and they worked like a charm. She’s not only creative and strategic, but also just plain fun to collaborate with. Annie has a way of making work feel less like work, while still delivering results that turn heads. She’s the type of problem-solving teammate everyone hopes they get.
MSG Brandon Carrigan
Annie and I go back about 8 years in Army Marketing, and I can honestly say she’s been one of my go-to people from the start. Her campaigns were always on point; sharp, creative, effective, and always solved a problem. She was quick with ideas, generous with advice, and has a knack for seeing the big picture while keeping things practical. Annie’s the type of person who makes you better just by being in the room.
SFC Cade Hooper
I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Annie for over 8 years. During that time, she has consistently provided sound advice, thoughtful insights, and practical solutions. Annie brings a high level of professionalism and expertise to every conversation, and her guidance has been invaluable. I highly recommend her for her knowledge, integrity, and ability to deliver meaningful results.

Justin is an exceptional leader whose professionalism, integrity, and dedication have left a lasting impact on the Idaho Army National Guard. Having served alongside him for 16 years, I have witnessed firsthand how his leadership has shaped my own commitment to the organization. He consistently demonstrates the Army Values through his actions—making tough decisions, placing the Battalion’s needs above his own, and treating Soldiers with respect and care. Justin leads by example, never asking others to do what he cannot do himself, and often excelling far beyond expectations. Trusted with both critical equipment and the welfare of his Soldiers, he approaches every responsibility with honor and selfless service. His character and competence set a standard that all of us should strive to follow.

I first met Justin in 2004 during our deployment to Iraq, where even as a young Specialist he carried himself with the professionalism and presence of a seasoned NCO. His preparation, discipline, and physical example set a standard that Soldiers like myself wanted to follow, even if he didn’t realize how many were watching. Today, he continues to embody what a Senior Leader should be—confident, approachable, and decisive, with a natural ability to earn respect and motivate others. When a problem reaches him, people know it will be solved quickly and effectively, creating trust and accountability across the team. His ability to gather information, analyze it, and deliver a clear plan in record time is unmatched, often leading by rolling up his sleeves and working alongside his Soldiers. CSM Cole is the definition of a leader who leads from the front, inspires respect, and sets an example that others strive to emulate.
SFC Ryan Slaughter
Since 2015, Justin has been a constant leader and mentor, guiding me from a Specialist to a Sergeant First Class. He leads with an open-door policy, always willing to listen, plan, and work alongside his Soldiers, no matter the size of the task. Known for being the first to arrive and the last to leave, he brings people together and inspires confidence through his dedication and fairness. His unwavering support, willingness to stand up for his team, and genuine care for Soldiers set him apart as a leader. I feel fortunate to have learned from his example and to serve under someone whose passion and work ethic cannot be duplicated.
